I've decided to go for virtual sessions instead of pre-recorded sessions because I  have always valued connection, specially after becoming a Mum.

Motherhood can be lonely and what's best to share an hour with other Mums while looking after yourself, getting stronger, healthier, fitter and staying sane from home?

Opt for one of our 3 plans, this is the first time we offer discounts for multiple sessions a week and it is a result from wanting to support as many Mums as possible staying active for physical and mental health through this tough times we are living.
